In the world of ufology, there’s no need to introduce Colonel Halt’s voice recording anymore. This recording has already gone around the world multiple times. However, many people have only heard a low-quality version, as that’s what was used for years in TV shows and later circulated online.
Recently, Colonel Halt released a new high-quality version, where the soldiers in the background can be heard much more clearly. I took the opportunity to further improve the clarity and prepare a video version with subtitles, along with nice visual effects to enhance the experience.
