An event of planetary significance.
Exclusively, here for the first time in French, we present the book by Salvador Villanueva Medina titled Je suis allé sur Vénus. Original Spanish title: Hablemos de Venus, 1953. As an introduction, I will reproduce an excerpt from the introductory text written by Mr. Medina’s son.
Note: Most original editions used the title Yo estuve en el planeta Venus (I went to – or I was on – the planet Venus). However, the oldest edition I found used this title on the cover, but not on the first page. Inside the book, a different title is used: Hablemos de Venus (Let’s Talk About Venus), which appears to be the original title chosen by the author, not the publishers. I have therefore decided to gradually replace all previously used titles with Hablemos de Venus.
I, his son Salvador, in respect of two promises—one made by my father to his extraterrestrial friends and the one I made to him: that this experience will never be forgotten—am making his experience public, because only the magic of time will prove him right. With great joy, I present this new (Spanish) edition of my father’s adventure in another world.
